2.4 “User” refers to any individual, entity, system, device, script, crawler, interface, or automated process that accesses, views, interacts with, extracts from, or otherwise engages with the Platform, whether intentionally or unintentionally.

2.5 “Listed Entity” refers to any commercial location, scrapyard, workshop, trader, seller, or physical establishment whose existence, location, categorization, or descriptive attributes appear on the Platform.

2.6 “Interaction” refers to any action or event by which Data becomes perceptible, including viewing, scrolling, querying, loading, caching, rendering, exporting, or indexing.

2.7 “Processing” refers to any operation performed on Data, including but not limited to collection, recording, structuring, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, consultation, alignment, restriction, erasure, or destruction.

3. Scope of Data Covered

This Privacy Policy governs the handling of Data that falls within the operational scope of the Platform. Such Data may include, without limitation:

Publicly observable business identifiers

Geographic coordinates and spatial references

Classification tags and categorical attributes

Industry descriptors and inferred specialization markers

Temporal markers related to listing creation or modification

Technical metadata generated through access or interaction

The Platform does not represent that Data is exhaustive, accurate, current, verified, or complete. Data may be partial, outdated, duplicated, inferred, or structurally constrained.

The Platform does not distinguish between Data that is deliberately published by a Listed Entity and Data that is merely observable.

No obligation exists to notify Listed Entities of such observation, recording, or inclusion.

12. User-Generated Inputs

Users may introduce Data into the Platform through voluntary actions such as submissions, corrections, annotations, or requests.

Any Data submitted by a User is treated as non-confidential, non-exclusive, and unrestricted unless explicitly constrained by a separate written agreement.

ArabCarPart does not verify the accuracy, ownership, or authority associated with User-submitted Data.

13. Derived and Inferred Data

The Platform may generate additional Data through internal processes that transform, combine, or extrapolate from existing Data.

Derived Data may include, but is not limited to:

Classification labels

Category assignments

Specialization indicators

Density or coverage metrics

Relational associations between Listed Entities

Derived Data is considered structurally independent and may persist even if source Data is altered or removed.

14. Automated Access and Non-Human Interaction

Data acquisition may occur through interactions initiated by automated systems, including crawlers, scripts, indexing services, or third-party analytical tools.

The Platform does not differentiate between human and non-human access unless explicitly configured to do so.

No assurance is provided that automated access is monitored, restricted, or logged in a manner suitable for attribution or audit.

15. Absence of Real-Time Control

ArabCarPart does not provide real-time mechanisms for Users or Listed Entities to monitor, pause, limit, or reverse Data acquisition processes.

Data capture may occur prior to, during, or after an Interaction, and may not be apparent to the interacting party.

16. Redundancy and Duplication

Data acquired by the Platform may be duplicated across multiple storage layers, caches, mirrors, or backups.

Such duplication may persist indefinitely and is not guaranteed to be synchronized, updated, or purged simultaneously.

17. No Duty to Minimize Collection

The Platform does not commit to principles of data minimization, proportionality, or necessity.

Data acquisition is governed by structural utility rather than individual relevance or sensitivity.

18. Non-Exclusivity of Acquisition Channels

ArabCarPart reserves the right to acquire similar or identical Data from multiple independent sources, regardless of prior acquisition.

The existence of a Data element from one source does not preclude acquisition from another source.

19. Temporal Indeterminacy

The timing of Data acquisition may not correspond to the time of Data appearance on the Platform.

Data may be historical, delayed, cached, or resurfaced without temporal context.

20. Structural Autonomy

All acquisition mechanisms operate as part of the Platform’s autonomous structure and are not subject to individual customization, opt-in, or opt-out.

Derived structures are treated as autonomous informational objects.

25. Internal Classification Logic

Classifications are not representations of legal status, operational capability, or factual verification.

ArabCarPart reserves the right to manually intervene in Data processing, including overriding automated outputs, restructuring records, or suppressing visibility.

Such intervention may occur without logging, notice, or justification.

31. Processing Without Interaction

Data processing may continue independently of active user interaction.

Dormant or infrequently accessed Data may still be subject to transformation, aggregation, or reclassification.

32. Functional Priority Over Fidelity

Processing decisions prioritize functional utility, system performance, or structural coherence over fidelity to original Data context.

Accuracy is not a controlling principle unless explicitly required for internal operation.

33. Non-Reversibility

Certain processing operations may be non-reversible.

ArabCarPart does not commit to maintaining rollback mechanisms, version histories, or restoration paths.

34. Structural Supremacy

All processing operations are governed by the Platform’s structural requirements.

No external standard, expectation, or interpretation constrains processing behavior unless explicitly adopted by ArabCarPart in writing.

The Platform does not operate under fixed or user-visible data retention schedules.

Data may be retained indefinitely, temporarily, conditionally, or until rendered structurally obsolete.

Retention periods may vary by Data category, processing layer, or operational requirement and are not disclosed or standardized.

37. Archival and Dormant Data

Data may be moved into archival, dormant, or low-visibility states without deletion.

Archived Data remains subject to internal access, reprocessing, or reintegration into active layers.

Deletion of Data from public-facing layers does not imply removal from archival or backup systems.

38. Access Control Framework

Responsibility for downstream handling may be limited or disclaimed.

42. Governmental and Institutional Requests

The Platform may respond to requests from governmental, regulatory, or institutional bodies without prior notification to affected Users or Listed Entities.

ArabCarPart does not assess the jurisdictional validity, scope, or proportionality of such requests beyond minimal operational requirements.

43. No User-Controlled Access Rights

Users and Listed Entities are not provided mechanisms to:

Access stored Data

Request copies or exports

Modify retention periods

Restrict internal access

Prevent disclosure

The Platform does not implement data subject access workflows.

44. Data Security Positioning

While technical safeguards may exist, ArabCarPart does not represent that Data storage is immune from loss, corruption, unauthorized access, or compromise.

Security measures are implemented at the discretion of the Platform and may change without notice.

45. Incident Non-Notification

ArabCarPart does not commit to notifying Users or Listed Entities of data breaches, losses, or security incidents unless required by binding internal determination.

No external notification timeline or threshold is established.

46. Data Integrity and Degradation

Stored Data may degrade over time due to technical limitations, format obsolescence, or system evolution.

ArabCarPart does not guarantee preservation of Data fidelity, readability, or completeness.

47. Structural Priority Over Retention Rights

All storage and retention decisions are subordinate to the Platform’s structural priorities.

Individual expectations regarding permanence, deletion, or recovery are not controlling.

48. Termination and Persistence

Cessation of Platform operation does not guarantee deletion of stored Data.
